mybookmark delivers books and PS5 consoles to your doorstep across Bengaluru, Karnataka. This page covers everything about our delivery process, charges, timelines, and service area.
1. Service Area
We deliver across all of Bengaluru, including but not limited to:
- Koramangala, Indiranagar, HSR Layout, BTM Layout, Jayanagar
- Whitefield, Marathahalli, Bellandur, Sarjapur Road
- Electronic City, Bannerghatta Road, JP Nagar
- Yelahanka, Hebbal, RT Nagar, Malleshwaram
- Rajajinagar, Basavanagudi, Vijayanagar
- And all other localities within Bengaluru city limits
We do not currently deliver outside Bengaluru. Expansion to other cities is planned - email us at sales@mybookmark.in to be notified.
2. How Book Delivery Works

Request books
Message us on WhatsApp with the titles you'd like. We confirm availability.

We schedule delivery
Books are dispatched on the next available Wednesday delivery cycle.

Doorstep delivery
Our agent delivers to your door. You pay via UPI at the time of delivery.

Swap when ready
Done reading? We pick up old books and deliver new ones in the same visit.

4. Delivery Charges
Delivery is not free. Delivery charges are borne by the customer and vary based on your locality within Bengaluru.
- Typical range: ₹40 – ₹80 per delivery trip
- The exact charge is communicated to you over WhatsApp before each delivery - no surprise charges
- Delivery charges are paid via UPI along with any subscription fees due
- When swapping books, the pickup and delivery happen in the same trip - you pay only one delivery charge
- Delivery charges are non-refundable once the delivery is completed
PS5 delivery
- PS5 console delivery and pickup are free - included in the rental fee
- Setup assistance is also free
5. Payment at Delivery
mybookmark operates on a pay-on-delivery model for books:
- Your first delivery includes: first month's subscription fee + refundable security deposit + delivery charge
- Subsequent deliveries include: delivery charge only (subscription fee is billed monthly on your cycle date)
- All payments are via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- No cash or card payments at this time
6. Failed or Missed Deliveries
- If you are unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, our agent will contact you via WhatsApp to reschedule
- If delivery fails because you provided an incorrect address, the delivery charge still applies for the attempted trip
- If delivery fails due to our error (wrong books, courier issue), the delivery charge for that trip is waived
- Repeated no-shows (3 or more consecutive missed deliveries) may result in a rescheduling fee
7. Book Condition on Delivery
- All books are inspected before dispatch to ensure they are in good, readable condition
- Books are pre-owned library copies - they may show minor signs of previous use (slight cover creases, shelf wear). This is expected and not a defect
- If you receive a book in unacceptable condition (missing pages, water damage, wrong title), contact us immediately via WhatsApp and we'll arrange a replacement at no extra charge
8. Tracking Your Delivery
We don't use a formal tracking system. Instead, all delivery coordination happens over WhatsApp:
- You'll receive a confirmation when your books are dispatched
- The delivery agent will message you 30–60 minutes before arrival
- You can check your delivery status anytime by messaging us on WhatsApp
