Who is mybookmark for?

Everyone who reads. Kids, students, working professionals, retirees, families, book clubs. Our collection spans literary fiction, popular non-fiction, biographies, business and self-help, sci-fi and mystery, picture books, young-adult, and regional language titles. Tell us your taste and we'll find your sweet spot.

Where in Bengaluru do you deliver?

We currently serve Bengaluru-wide via batched twice-weekly door delivery. Delivery charges apply depending on your location. Enter your locality during signup and we'll confirm coverage.

How do I choose books? Do I have to browse or do you pick?

It's your call. Browse our catalogue and pick exactly what you want, or request any book we don't have and we'll source it within a week.

What if you don't have a book I want?

Request it. Use the "Request a book" feature in your dashboard - enter the title and author, and we'll source most books within a week and add them to your next delivery. If a book is rare or out of print and we genuinely can't get it, we'll let you know and suggest close alternatives. The catalogue grows because of what members ask for.

Can I see your catalogue before subscribing?

Yes. Create a free account and browse the full catalogue by genre, author, or reading level before picking a plan. No payment needed to browse.

What if a book gets damaged?

Books get read - we expect some wear and tear, and that's built into our model. For minor damage (small marks, slight bending), no charge. For serious damage (torn pages, lost books, water damage), we charge 50% of the cover price. We tell you upfront so there are no surprises.

How does the refundable deposit work?

The deposit is held as security against the books in your possession. It's not income - it's protection. When you cancel, we audit the returned books and refund the deposit within 7 working days.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Quarterly and annual plans are pro-rated on cancellation with a small ₹500 admin fee. Your deposit is always returned in full.

Do you have books in languages other than English?

Currently our collection is primarily English, with a small Hindi and Kannada selection growing month by month. If you'd like books in a specific language, mention it during signup - your input shapes what we buy next.
