How do I sign up?

Visit mybookmark.in, click "Get Started", and create your account. You can also sign up using Google. Choose a plan, and we'll schedule your first delivery.

How do I swap books?

Message us on WhatsApp with the books you want to return and the titles you'd like next. We'll schedule the swap on the next available Wednesday delivery.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Message us on WhatsApp or email sales@mybookmark.in. We'll schedule a book pickup and refund your full deposit within 7 working days. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.

Where is my deposit refund?

Deposit refunds are processed within 7 working days of book return and audit. If it's been longer, message us on WhatsApp with your registered email and we'll check immediately.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver across all of Bengaluru. Share your locality on WhatsApp and we'll confirm delivery availability and charges for your area.

Can I request a book that's not in your catalogue?

Yes! Message us on WhatsApp with the title. If we can source it, we'll add it to our collection and notify you when it's available.
